The world is constantly changing. From the way we shop, to the way we order our meals and get our favourite health and beauty supplements. In the past year alone, we’ve seen more Unilever Life members opting for safer and more convenient cashless payments. In fact, many have started to learn the ropes of online shopping! The way you spend has shifted, so must the way we reward you. That’s why from 3 January 2022, ULife Singapore members will be able to earn reward points, while enjoying their favourite health and beauty supplements.

The points you earn in the past 365 days will be accumulated to determine your Reward tier. Earn as you spend, easy as that!

E.g. If you earn 1,000 points on 10 Jan 2022, you will have accumulated 1,000 points and become a Silver tier member until 9 Jan 2023.
If you earn another 6,000 points on 30 Jun 2022, you will have accumulated 7,000 points and become a Gold tier member until 9 Jan 2023.


What does it mean to you?

It simply means that you’re getting reward points for every online transaction. Rejoice!

You may already be making purchases through our physical store, enjoying our products and delivery services.

How to find your tier level, points balance?

Step 1: Log in to your account through the profile icon on the top right corner

Step 2: Once logged in, go to your profile and click on "My Reward Points" to view your progress

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I earn and spend my reward points?

You can earn reward points by making orders online via our website. Use these points you have earned, and spend it in your next order to offset products or delivery charges.

2. Will my reward points expire?

Reward points that you have earned have a validity of 6 month from the date of your purchase. Any unused points will expire after 6 months.
E.g. You earned 400 points on 14 February 2022, these 400 points will expire after 6 months on 13 August 2022. If you earned another 300 points on 30 March 2022, you will have 700 points in total to be used, before the 400 points from the earlier transaction will expire on 13 August 2022.

3. How do I become a member to be eligible to earn reward points?

You qualify as a member if you are a Brand Fan or Business Partner with us. Log in to your account in the website and start collecting reward points! .

4. What are the different tiers for this reward points program?

There are 4 member tiers (Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum), which you can unlock once you have accumulated the number of points needed for each tier. Depending on your tier status, you will be entitled to a host of exclusive benefits. Your benefits may include discounts, priority services and partner exclusives. Refer to ‘My Reward Points’ in your member profile on Unilever Life Singapore website for more details.

5. Will my reward points tier be downgraded?

As long as you accumulate the number of points needed to meet your rewards tier within the past 365 days you will continue to maintain your tier status.

6. What will happen to my benefits if I am downgraded from the my current tier?

If you get downgraded from your current member tier, you’ll no longer have access to all the previous benefits, associated with your higher member tier. Of course, the easiest way to prevent this from happening is to use our website to place your orders more and accumulate enough points to maintain your member tier.

7. How do I redeem my reward tier gifts?

Exclusive reward tier gifts will be sent to you from time to time, refer to ‘My Reward Points’ in your member profile on Unilever Life Singapore website for more details.

8. Can I transfer my reward tier and benefits to someone else?

Unfortunately, your reward points are tied to your own account and are non-transferrable.

9. What are the activities or transactions that count towards reward points tier progression?

Points earned from transactions of ordering via our website generally count towards membership tier progression. Here is a list of ways to earn bonus reward points. We are constantly reviewing the list, so check back regularly to stay updated, refer here for more information.

  • Referring a new friend to join as a member - 50 points

  • Referring a new member to sign up for a Loyalty Program - 500 points

  • Completion of Loyalty Program Subscription - 1000 points

  • Follow our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) - 10 points each

  • Leave a review on Facebook page and Google - 10 points each

  • Leave a review on our products - 10 points each
